Mike is a highly experienced and successful product leader of high-growth tech startups, formerly serving as a director and manager of product and data science teams at Peckwater Brands, Cleverly, and Homie.rent.

Prior to this, he spent over 10 years as a DJ, producer, and event organiser, serving as an original team member of the LBHQ stage at Glastonbury Festival and being involved in several London warehouse party brands

Founding Team

Jake is a serial entrepreneur with a background in growth marketing.

His last venture, ‘Inca Loop’ was acquired by The Miroma Group. He was part of the founding team at tech startup ScoreApp, recently recognised as one of the fastest-growing businesses in the UK, and was part of the founding team of the e-commerce success story For The Creators, the world’s first maternity fashion rental business.

Ovi is an experienced data scientist and developer. He specialises in machine learning and AI, and has a passion for statistics and solving puzzles.

Tom is an experienced product and commercial leader with a background in large tech. He spent over 8 years at Amazon leading category teams and launching new technology products. He has since gone on to lead the eCommerce and Concept teams at Peckwater Brands, where he worked closely with Mike and Ovi.

Kishan brings over two decades of experience across a diverse array of fields, fueling his autodidactic passion for transdisciplinary knowledge. He has honed a unique skill set  during his involvement in 300+ projects and roles ranging from Art Curator and Event Producer to Social Systems Analyst and Cognitive Behavioral Specialist. His leadership at Noomap, Synphonics, Open World Alliance, and tech startup LastMinute.com, along with roles in major events like Glastonbury Festival and Secret Garden Party, reflects his dedication to innovative, paradigm-shifting solutions. His global experiences have deepened his cultural insight and problem-solving approach, leading him to found Elements Of Change, a nexus uniting tools, communities, and services for fostering personal, social, and systemic transformation.
